Private tours are priced according to the length (number of hours) of the tour whereas Small Group tours are charged on a per-person basis and include entrance fees to museums and other sites visited during the tour.

Once we confirm your tour via e-mail, you do not need to call or reconfirm unless you are cancelling or modifying your tour. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Details regarding meeting points and times will be indicated on your confirmation email.

We promise 12 participants or fewer on our small group tours and no minimum or maximum number for private tours.

In order to offer you the best possible service, we require you to book in advance. In this way we can ensure our best guides and often sold-out Skip the Line entrance tickets will be available for you. In order to guarantee reservations for the tours, dates and times you prefer, we suggest you book at least two weeks in advance. However, if you are pressed for time and planning last minute, we will do our best to accommodate your itinerary on short notice. If it’s possible, we can make it happen!

Vatican Museum tickets are reduced for children aged 6 to 18; children 5 and under enter the Museum for free. During peak season, there are no discounts for children for the Early Morning Vatican Tour. In general, children between 6-16 get a discount on the entrance fees, and children younger than 6 get entrance tickets for free. Contact us directly about pricing.
